| 摘 要： | 随着经济水平的提高,全球老龄化现象的日渐加剧,减少老年人慢性病发病率,提高社会的整体生活质量,是当今医学工作者着力研究的重点。成年后的机体在细胞、组织以及器官等各方面都存在不同程度的不可逆转性。胎源假说认为生命早期营养不良与成年后患代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)关系密切,如果在生命早期就采取干预措施,应该能够减少或避免成年后一系列疾病的发生。因此,本文就生命早期营养不良与MS各组分(肥胖、高血糖、高血压及高血脂等)的关系作一综述。 |
