| 摘 要： | 为加强聘用护士的管理,提高护理服务质量,应用激励管理理论,开展评选科室“优秀聘用护士”活动,采取患者、医生、护士、护士长共同评价,公正、民主地评选优秀聘用护士。树立榜样,调动了聘用护士工作的积极性,增强了主动服务意识,科学合理地应用护理人力资源。

| Abstract: | To strengthen the management of the contract nurses and improve the quality of nursing service,we applied the inspire theory to elect "excellent contract nurse" incorporated the evaluation of patients,doctors,nurses and head nurses to guarantee the equity and democracy of the election.This practice achieved the effect of setting exemplar which mobilized contract nurses' working enthusiasm and enhanced their consciousness of initiative service,and embodied the reasonable use of nursing human resource as well as. |
