宫腔镜诊断和治疗绝经后出血260例分析

目的探讨宫腔镜对绝经后出血诊断和治疗的价值。方法对260例绝经后出血的患者行宫腔镜检查，分析绝经后出血的原因。对某些病变如子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下子宫肌瘤行宫腔镜下电切术。结果绝经后出血的主要原因为萎缩性子宫内膜、子宫内膜息肉、功能性子宫内膜等，恶性疾病占次要位置。绝经后良性占位病变多采用宫腔镜下电切术治疗。结论宫腔镜是诊断和治疗绝经后出血有效方法。

Diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal bleeding by hysteroscopy

Objective To evaluate the significance of hysteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of patients with postmenopausal bleeding (PMB).Methods 260 patients with PMB were detected by hysteroscopy and the cause of PMB was analyzed.Some patients with endometrial polyp and submucous myoma were performed by electrosection under hysteroscopy.Results The major cause of PMB was atrophy endometrium endometrial polyp and functional endometrium,cancer was not the major cause.At the same time electrosection under hysteroscopy was a effective method to treat postmenopausal benign space occupying lesions.Conclusion hysteroscopy therapy is an effective method in diagnosis and treatment of PMB.
