| 摘 要： | 目的:观察老年性高血压实施盐酸贝那普利治疗的安全性及临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年1月在某院治疗的88例老年性高血压患者分为对照组和观察组各44例,对照组行马来酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,观察组行盐酸贝那普利治疗,比较两组安全性和疗效。结果:治疗后观察组血压水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率显著更高,不良反应发生率显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸贝那普利治疗老年性高血压,疗效及安全性均更优。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the safety and clinical effect of benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:Eighty-eight patients with senile hypertension who were treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(44 cases)was treated with levamlodipine and the observation group(44 cases)was treated with benazepril hydrochloride.Results:After treatment,the blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower those in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril hydrochloride in the treatment of senile hypertension has better efficacy and safety are. |
