Efficacy and Safety of Single-hole Laparoscopic Transanal TME in the Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer Patients

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of single-hole laparoscopic assisted transanal TME in the treatment of low rectal cancer patients.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,35 patients with low rectal cancer were selected and divided into control group(17 cases)and observation group(18 cases)according to the digital random method.The control group was treated with single-hole laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer,and the observation group was treated with transanal TME.The basic condition of perioperative period,defecation function at 1 month after operation,urination function,quality of life and complications occurred within 1 month after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the number of lymph node dissection,analgesic time,intraoperative bleeding volume and indwelling time of urinary catheter(P>0.05).Hospital stay and anal exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the operation time was longer than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Single-hole laparoscopic transanal total mesorectal excision can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with low rectal cancer,shorten the hospitalization time and anal exhaust time,with high safety.
