Observation on the Curative Effect of Entresto on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Entresto in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:84 patients with chronic heart failure in a hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional heart failure treatment,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Entresto(Shakubatr valsartan sodium tablets),then the clinical curative effect,heart function change,6 MWT and MLHFQ score changes,and the serum factor levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate was 92.86%in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 73.81%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while LVEDD,LVPW and NT-proBNP were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,6MWT of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and MLHFQ score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NE,AngⅡ,ALD,MMP-9 levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Entresto has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure.It can enhance myocardial contractility,improve LVEF,inhibit sympathetic nervous system activity,prevent ventricular remodeling,reduce myocardial injury and improve cardiac function,which has positive clinical significance.
