MRI联合CT和单一CT相比在脑梗死患者中的诊断效果对比分析

目的:分析MRI、CT用于脑梗死患者诊断中,对比联合使用与单一使用的诊断效果。方法:于2018年3月~2019年3月在某院治疗的脑梗死患者中选出80例作为研究对象,经病理检查均证实为脑梗死,对照组(40例)为单一CT检查,观察组(40例)实施MRI联合CT检查,比较两组的诊断结果。结果:观察组的脑梗死总检出率为97.5%,对照组为65%,MRI、CT联合检查的检出率明显高于单一CT检查,而且观察组在不同部位的病灶检出率也均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI、CT在脑梗死的诊断中,联合诊断相比于单一诊断方法,诊断准确率更高,有效避免误诊漏诊等不良事件的发生。

Comparative Analysis of MRI Combined with CT and Single CT in the Diagnosis of Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To analyze the effect of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of cerebral infarction.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with cerebral infarction in a hospital were selected as the study object,which were confirmed by pathological examination as cerebral infarction.40 patients in the control group were examed by single CT examination,and 40 patients in the observation group were given MRI combined with CT examination,then the diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total detection rate of cerebral infarction was 97.5%in the observation group and 65%in the control group.The detection rate of MRI and CT combined examination was significantly higher than that of single CT examination,and the detection rate of lesions in different parts of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of cerebral infarction,the combined diagnosis of MRI and CT is more accurate than the single diagnosis,which can effectively avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
