骨转移瘤放射和CT诊断临床价值分析

目的:分析骨转移瘤采用放射、CT两组方法进行诊断,探讨其价值。方法:对在某院2018年1月~2019年1月期间治疗的50例骨转移瘤患者作为研究对象,根据检查方式分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组给予放射X线检查,观察组给予CT检查,比较两组的诊断结果。结果:观察组总检出率为96%,对照组总检出率为68%,观察组检出率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(χ2=12.681,P=0.000);原发肿瘤较为容易发生骨转移瘤的有肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、结肠癌、鼻咽癌、食道癌等,骨转移位置常见分布于脊柱、四肢、盆骨、头颅、肋骨等位置,两组的原发肿瘤及骨转移分布情况比较并没有显著差异(P>0.05),无统计学意义。结论:骨转移瘤采用CT检查,能够清晰显示骨转移分布情况,检出率高,且CT具有无创无痛、可重复操作、操作简单、费用低廉等优势,具有临床应用价值。

Clinical Value of Radiotherapy and CT in the Diagnosis of Bone Metastases

Objective:To analyze the value of radiotherapy and CT in the diagnosis of bone metastasis.Methods:50 patients with bone metastases who were treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the examination method,with 25 cases in the control group(radiation X examination)and 25 cases in the observation group(CT examination).The diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total detection rate of the observation group was 96%and that of the control group was 68%.The detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=12.681,P=0.000).The primary tumors that were prone to bone metastases were including lung cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,colon cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,esophageal cancer,etc.The bone metastasis location was common in spine,limbs,pelvis,skull,ribs,etc,There was no significant difference in the distribution of primary tumor and bone metastasis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The CT examination of bone metastases can clearly show the distribution of bone metastasis,the detection rate is high,and the CT has the advantages of non-invasive painless,repeatable operation,simple operation and low cost,which has clinical application value.
