瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布调节血脂的效果观察

目的:探究瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布调节血脂的效果。方法:研究对象为冠心病合并高脂血症患者,按照纳入排除标准选取70名患者进入研究,所有患者均于2017年1月~2019年1月入院就诊,按照随机分组法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,对照组仅接受瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组接受瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗,对两组患者治疗前后血脂水平变化情况及治疗后不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果:经治疗,两组患者的血脂TC、LDL-C及TG水平均得到有效改善,但与观察组相比,对照组改善幅度明显更低,组间对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);在随访中均未有患者表示治疗后出现肌痛等不良反应,两组患者治疗后不良反应发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:相比于单独治疗,瑞舒伐他汀联合依折麦布用药对于改善冠心病合并高脂血症患者血脂水平更具有效性,且不会增加患者的不良反应,安全性有保障,值得借鉴。

Effect of Rosuvastatin Combined with Etzemab on Regulating Blood Lipid

Objective:To explore the effect of rosuvastatin combined with ezemeb on regulating blood lipid.Methods:70 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia treated in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study according to the inclusion exclusion criteria.According to the randomized grouping method,all patients were divided into two groups,one group was only treated with rosuvastatin,the other group was treated with rosuvastatin and ezemeb,and the changes of blood lipid and adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of TC,LDL-C and TG in the two groups were effectively improved,but compared with the observation group,the improvement in the control group was significantly lower,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).During the follow-up,no patients indicated that there were adverse reactions such as myalgia after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment alone,rosuvastatin combined with ezemeb is more effective in improving the blood lipid level of patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia,and will not increase the adverse reactions of patients.The safety is guaranteed,and it is worthy of learning.
