常规心电图与动态心电图诊断冠心病伴心律失常的效果对比分析

目的:对比分析动态心电图检查、常规心电图应用于冠心病伴心律失常的诊断效果。方法:对2018年1月~2019年1月在某院治疗的70例冠心病伴心律失常患者进行研究,按照诊断方法分为两组,常规组35例给予常规心电图检查,动态组35例给予动态心电图检查,比较两组的阳性检出率及诊断结果。结果:常规组阳性检出率为62.86%低于动态组85.71%,动态组检出率更高,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态组心律失常的检测(如室性早搏二、三联律、房性早搏成对等)检出率均高于常规组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于冠心病伴心率失常诊断,相比于常规心电图,动态心电图诊断更具优势,准确率更高,更具诊断价值,值得推广应用。

Comparative Analysis of the Effect of Routine ECG and Dynamic ECG in the Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia

Objective:To compare and analyze the diagnostic effect of dynamic ECG and routine ECG in coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:70 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia who were treated in a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were studied and divided into the routine group(35 cases)and the dynamic group(35 cases)according to the diagnosis method.The positive detection rate and diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results:The positive detection rate of the routine group(62.86%)was lower than that of the dynamic group(85.71%).The detection rate of the dynamic group was higher than that of the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The detection rate of arrhythmia in dynamic group(such as ventricular premature beat two,triple rhythm,atrial premature beat equal)was higher than that in routine group,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine ECG,dynamic ECG has more advantages,with higher accuracy and diagnostic value in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia,which is worthy of promotion and application.
