摘    要:目的:分析针对急性心肌梗死并发心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒的临床实践效果.方法:选取院内2017年~2019年收治心肌梗死并发心律失常患者共计80例,划分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规模式,观察组则添加稳心颗粒治疗,对比两组患者的疗效差异以及异位搏动的发生率,探究药物功能疗效.结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者疗效达到8...

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wenxin granule in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with myocardial infarction and arrhythmia treated in the hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated in conventional mode,and the observation group was given Wenxin granule,then the incidence of ectopic beats and the incidence of ectopic beats were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy of drug function was explored.Results:Through research and comparison,it was found that the efficacy of the observation group reached 80%,and that of the control group was only 55%,with significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of ectopic beats,there was a significant decrease in the two groups after treatment,while the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting Wenxin granule for the treatment of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia can significantly reduce the probability of ectopic beats in patients,and improve the overall treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
