| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of different knee arthroplasty on joint inflammation and function in patients with medial interventricular knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:125 patients with medial interventricular KOA were selected and divided into UKA group(n=39)and total knee arthroplasty(TKA)group(n=86)according to the surgical methods.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of inflammatory indexes,UKA group was lower than TKA group after operation(P<0.05);The HSS score in the UKA group was higher than that in the TKA group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with TKA,UKA can effectively reduce the inflammation of medial interventricular KOA and promote the recovery of joint function. |
