Clinical Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Acute Thoracic and Abdominal Trauma

Objective:To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute thoracic and abdominal trauma.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 90 patients with acute thoracic and abdominal trauma treated in a hospital from May 2016 to December 2018.All patients were diagnosed after follow-up or surgery.All patients received multi-slice spiral CT examination before diagnosis,and the examination results were analyzed and compared with the results of the surgical diagnosis.Results:The accuracy of CT examination was 92.22%and the accuracy of surgical results was 100%.The difference was small(P>0.05).The CT sensitivity was 96.51%,the specificity was 75.00%,the positive predictive value was 98.81%,and the negative predictive value was 50.00%.Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT examination for acute thoracic and abdominal trauma has high diagnostic accuracy,which is conducive for clinical medical staff to correctly and timely determine the condition and grasp the timing of treatment.
