摘    要:目的:探讨早期终板造瘘治疗动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后急性脑积水患者的疗效.方法:研究资料为某院收治的动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后急性脑积水患者88例,均为2014年1月~2019年1月期间收治,其中40例行单纯开颅动脉瘤夹闭术治疗作为对照组,另48例则同时施行终板造瘘治疗作为观察组,观察两组疗效.结果:观察组患者转归良好率6...

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of early endplate fistulation in the treatment of acute hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:88 patients with acute hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage in a hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected.Among them,40 patients treated with simple transcranial aneurysm clipping were selected as the control group and 48 patients treated with endplate fistulation were selected as the observation group.The curative effect of two groups was observed.Results:The rate of good outcome in the observation group was 60.42%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(37.50%),and the rate of good outcome of pateints with posterior circulation in observation group(76.68%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).The incidence of shunt dependent hydrocephalus in the observation group(5.26%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(42.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early craniotomy aneurysm clipping and endplate fistulation can improve the curative effect of acute hydrocephalus after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage,especially in patients with posterior circulation aneurysms,with high value of treatment.
