血必净与纳洛酮联合治疗感染性休克的效果观察

目的:探讨血必净与纳洛酮联合治疗感染性休克的效果。方法:选择2016年5月~2019年5月于某院进行治疗的感染性休克患者60例,以随机数表法对其进行分组,其中研究组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规抗感染治疗,研究组在此基础上应用血必净与纳洛酮联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHEⅡ),以及MODS发生率与死亡率。结果:研究组治疗的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组MODS发生率3.33%低于对照组20.00%(P<0.05);两组死亡率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:血必净与纳洛酮联合治疗感染性休克效果满意,值得推广。

Effect of Xuebijing and Naloxone on Septic Shock

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuebijing and naloxone in the treatment of septic shock.Methods:From May 2016 to may 2019,60 patients with septic shock in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-infection treatment,and the study group was treated with Xuebijing combined with naloxone based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,acute physiological and chronic health scores(APACHEⅡ)before and after treatment,and MODS incidence and mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%,P<0.05).The APACHEⅡscore of the study group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.01).The incidence of MODS in the study group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Xuebijing and naloxone in the treatment of septic shock is satisfactory and worthy of promotion.
