糖尿病患者血清肿瘤坏死因子C反应蛋白水平改变及其与牙周病的关系

目的检测2型糖尿病合并牙周病患者血中炎性标志物C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平的变化,探讨二者与糖尿病牙周病的关系。方法对584例2型糖尿病患者进行牙周病的筛查,检测血CRP、TNF-α与健康体检配对人群进行相关指标比较。结果2型糖尿病牙周病的患病率高达63.7%,对照组为21.6%。糖尿病合并牙周病患者CRP为(8.4±0.9)mg/L,糖尿病无牙周病患者为(5.9±0.8)mg/L,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。TNF-α在糖尿病合并牙周病组为(234±28)ng/L,明显较糖尿病无牙周病组的(178±28)ng/L]增高(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病与牙周病两者互相影响,相互促进,导致牙周病加重及糖尿病大血管并发症进展。

Relationship of the changes of diabetic's serum C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α with their periodontal disease

Objective To study on the relationship between the changes of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and their periodontal disease. Methods T2DM (n=584) as examined group, the level of serum CRP, TNF-α and periodontal status were determined, non-diabetic people as control group. Results The prevalence of periodontal disease was 63.7% in T2DM,and 21.6% in control group. The serum level of CRP and TNF-α in T2DM group was higher than that in control group (P<0.01). Serum level of CRP in periodontal disease was higher than that in non- periodontal disease with T2DM(P<0.001). Conclusion The prevalence of periodontal disease is high in patients with T2DM.Detection of serum CRP and TNF-α might know the complication progress in diabetes.Treating T2DM must pay attention to prevention and cure of periodontal disease simultantously.
