 自然杀伤（NK）细胞是人体天然免疫系统的主要组成部分,其对血液肿瘤细胞的杀伤主要是由其表面抑制性受体和活化性受体所传递的信号共同决定。近年来,异体半相合NK细胞在造血干细胞移植和过继性细胞免疫治疗方面均显示出对人类血液系统肿瘤的积极治疗作用,为以NK细胞为基础的过继免疫治疗的临床应用提供了可能。

Mechanism and application of NK cell-based adoptive immunotherapy in hematologic tumor
