摘    要:目的:探讨肝炎颗粒对肝损伤的保护作用及免疫促进作用。方法:设对照组和药物组,采用四氯化碳(CCl4)和硫代乙酰胺(TAA)灌胃造成实验动物肝损伤,检测各组动物血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平,观察肝组织病理学变化;检验各组动物巨噬细胞的吞噬作用和血清溶血素水平。结果:肝炎颗粒能降低肝损伤所致实验动物血清ALT、AST、ALP升高的水平,其中高剂量组有显著性差异(P<0.05),肝组织损伤明显缓解;肝炎颗粒还能提高小鼠碳粒廓清指数和血清溶血素水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:肝炎颗粒对肝损伤有较好的保护作用及免疫促进作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the protective effects of Ganyan granule,a traditional Chinese medicine,on liver injury and its immunomodulating effects.Methods: Acute liver injury mice models were built up by Carbontetrachloride(CCl_(4)) and thioacetamide(TAA),and the mice were randomly assigned to the control and Ganyan granule treated groups.The ALT,AST and ALP levels in blood serum were detected by UV-VIS spectroscopy and the pathological observation of liver tissue was analyzed.The carbon expurgatory index,phagocytic index and the serolysin level were determinated.Results: Ganyan Granule could decrease the ALT,AST and ALP levels in rats serum with liver injury in high-dose group(all P<0.05).The pathological injury of liver tissue was alleviated markedly.Ganyan granule increased the carbon expurgatory index and the serolysin level(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion: Ganyan Granule has more protective effects on liver injury and good enough immunomodulating effects.
