中药治疗与西药治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠的对比观察

目的:对比观察非破裂型输卵管妊娠的中药治疗与两种西药治疗方法的疗效及毒副作用。方法:收集保守治疗的非破裂型输卵管妊娠132例,分别用米非司酮、甲氨蝶呤和中药三种方法治疗。对比其疗效及毒副作用。结果:中药组治愈42例(79.25%),甲氨蝶呤组治愈41例(80.39%),米非司酮组治愈22例(78.57%),3组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.04,P>0.01)。中药组无明显毒副作用;甲氨蝶呤组恶心呕吐14例(27.45%),皮疹及口腔溃疡3例(5.88%),大便出血1例(1.96%);米非司酮组恶心呕吐11例(39.29%),皮疹2例(7.14%)。结论:三种疗法均有相同的疗效,但中药治疗的毒副作用发生率明显低于西药治疗。

Comparative Observation of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treatment for Unruptured Tubal Pregnancy
