17例PICC并发症的原因分析及护理

目的：探讨PICC相关并发症的护理。方法：选取我院PICC患者100例,征得患者及家属的同意并签署知情同意书后进行留置。采用百分比的统计学方法对研究结果进行分析。结果：留置PICC的100例患者全部穿刺成功,其中无并发症发生例数83例,其占总数的83%;静脉炎12例,发生率12%;导管堵塞2例,发生率2%;导管脱出1例,发生率1%;穿刺点感染1例,发生率1%;穿刺点出血1例,发生率1%;留置导管最长时间300天,最短10天。结论：PICC是一种可行的、有效的、安全的置管方法,既可以降低并发症的发生,延长留置时间,提高患者生命质量;又可以减轻患者的痛苦和家庭经济负担,提高护理工作质量。

Nursing Care and Analysis for Cause of 17 Cases of PICC Complication

Objective：The paper discusses the tendence of concerning complication of PICC.Methods：Select 100 PICC cases to stay in our hospital to be treated after their and their relative permission.Then the paper analyzes research result using perenntage statistic method.Results：100 cases observed in our hospital have succeeded throuh puncture operation,including 83 cases without complication,occupying 83% of total amount;including 12 cases machanical phlebitis,affecting 12%;2 cases with catheter block,affecting 2%;1 case catheter out,affecting 1%;1 case withinfection at the puncture spot,affecting 1%;1 case bleeding at puncture spot,affecting 1%.The catheter kept in patient＇s body at most 300 days,at least 10days.Conclusion：PICC is a feasible,valid and safe disposing catheter.The method ont only can？reduce the recurrence of complication,prolonging the time of disposing catheter and improving impatient＇s life quanlity but also can relieve the patients＇ sufferings and thier economical burden and better work quanlity of tendence.
