国内外术前备皮现状及循证护理

从备皮方法、皮肤消毒剂、备皮器具、备皮时机及备皮范围等方面对国内外术前备皮的现状进行了综述。并通过循证护理提出，术前备皮应采用碘伏或PGA消毒皮肤，推广一次性刀具推毛备皮，备皮时间尽可能在术前2h内进行，在不妨碍手术操作的前提下尽量保留术野周围的毛发。

Status quo of preoperative skin preparation of in domestic and overseas and evidence based nursing

It summarized the status quo of preoperative skin preparation in domestic and overseas from aspects of the methods, skin disinfectors, appliance, optimal time, and range of skin preparation and m on. Through evidence based nursing, it put forward that preoperative skin preparation should use iodophors and PGA for skin disinfection. Disposable knife for hair shaving should be used in generalization. Skin preparation should be performed 2 hours before operation as possible as one can. Hairs around operative field should be kept on the basis of not hindering the surgical manipulation.
