蒿甲醚预防耕牛血吸虫病效果的实验研究

目的观察耕牛口服蒿甲醚预防血吸虫感染的效果.方法选择血吸虫病重流行区耕牛175头,按随机原则分为服蒿甲醚组和对照组,在感染季节前对所有受试对象用吡喹酮普治,实验组接触疫水后15d内服第一剂蒿甲醚4mg/kg,以后每15d服1次,共4次,对照组眼安慰剂.两组牛群于末次服药后1个月作粪检,考核预防效果.结果实验组阳性率5.41%;对照组为16.67%.两组感染率经卡方检验,差异有显著意义(x2=4.74,P＜0.05).实验组保护率为66.55%,效果指数为3.08.结论在感染季节耕牛口服蒿甲醚具有良好的预防血吸虫感染的效果.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON PREVENTIVE EFFECT OF ARTEMEGHER AGARNST SCHISTOSOMIASIS JAPONICA INFECTION IN CATTLE

objective To understand preventive effect of Artemether against Schistotoma japonica infection in cattle. Method 184 cattle were chosen from a heavy schistotomiasis endeim village of lake and marshlsnd type in Tongling County. The cattle were allocated randomly to Artemether group and Control (placebo) group. Praziquantel was given orally to all the cattle at routine dose before infestion season. In Artemether broup, artemether was given to the cattle at firat dose of 4mg/kg within 14 days after contacting with infested water, followed by repeated dose every 15 days for 3 times. In Control group, time and dose of placebo was as same as in Artemether group. Stool examination was contactsd 1 month sfter last administrating Artemether for two groups so as to evaluate the preventive effect. Results Infection rate in Artemrther group and Control groups were 5.41%, 16.67% respectively. There are significance difference on infection rate in two group (x~2=4.74, P<0.05). Preventive rate amounted to 67.55%, effective index 3.08 in Artemether group. Conclusion cattle taking orally Artemether during infective season can effectively prevent from schistosma japonica infection.
