| 摘 要： | 目的了解心理门诊首次咨询者独生子女心理健康状况及父母养育方式,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)对130名独生子女首次咨询者进行测试。结果独生子女首次咨询者的SCL-90各因子分明显高于国内常模(P<0.01);父母养育方式因子分:父母温暖理解(FF1、MF1)、父亲过度保护(FF6)显著低于国内常模(P<0.01),父母严厉惩罚(FF2、MF4)、过度干涉(FF3、MF2)、拒绝否认(FF5、MF3)显著高于国内常模(P<0.01);不同性别独生子女首次咨询者躯体化因子、抑郁因子均分、总均分女性显著高于男性(P<0.01),敌对因子均分女性高于男性(P<0.05)。不同性别独生子女首次咨询者父母养育方式各因子分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论首次咨询者心理健康及父母养育方式在一定程度上存在问题,咨询者应有针对性地进行健康教育。
