| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桡动脉采血与股静脉采血的可行性。方法将160例新生儿按入院的先后顺序分为桡动脉采血组和股静脉采血组,各80例,并对两组采血的成功率,穿刺采血时血肿的发生率及操作时间进行比较。结果桡动脉采血组采血的成功率高,穿刺部位血肿的发生率低,采血时间短。结论对新生儿经桡动脉采血有利于提高采血的成功率,减轻损伤程度,缩短采血时间。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possibility radial artery blood collection in newborn.Method 160 newborns were randomly divided into two groups,radial artery blood collection group and femoral vein blood collection.And success ratio of blood collection,the damage degree of puncture blood collection and operating time were compared in two groups.Result There was higher success ratio of blood collection and lower incidence rate of haematoma in puncture position in radial artery blood collection group,and blood collection time was shortened in radial artery blood collection.Conclusion The radial artery blood collection in newborn can improve the success ratio of blood collection,relieving the damage degree,and shorten the blood collection time. |
