分层管理在临床护理教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨临床护理教学管理的办法,保证教学质量。方法:建立分层管理架构模式。制定各级人员职责及教学质量考核办法,设计满意度调查表并组织实施。定期或不定期召开各级人员座谈会,进行双向反馈。将分层前后的教学质量考核项目和学生对带教老师的满意度进行对照比较。结果:实施分层管理后教学质量项目考核总比由分层前369例(46.2%)提高到分层后1 028例(80.3%),学生对带教老师的满意度由实施前90例(78.9%)上升到实施后176例(94.6%)。结论:分层管理能有效地提高教学管理水平,保证教学质量,有利于护理人才的培养。

Abstract:Objective:To explore ways of management in the clinical nursing teaching and ensure the quality of teaching.Metods:Establish framework model of hierarchical management.Formulate the duties of staff at all levels and assessment measures for the quality of teaching,design satisfaction questionnaire and organize implementation.The symposium was held at regular or irregular intervals for two-way feedback,and then compared the assessment items for the quality of teaching as well as the students′ satisfaction to nursing teachers before and after hierarchical.Results:A marked advance has been made in the total ratio of assessment items for the quality of teaching,increased from 46.2%(369 cases)to 80.3%(1 028 cases).At the same time,the students′ satisfaction to nursing teachers also obviously increased from 78.9%(90 cases)to 95.8%(176 cases).Conclusion:Hierarchical management could effectively improve the levels of teaching administration,ensure the quality of teaching,and was beneficial to the training of nursing talents.
