| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨系统的心理护理对住院康复期精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:随机选取本院两病区符合条件的患者各24例作为研究组和对照组。研究组进行系统的心理护理,而对照组实施精神科常规护理。6周前后用住院患者观察量表(NOSIE)评分比较,并随访患者1年的复发率。结果:研究组年复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),6周后研究组NOSIE评分中消极因素分明显下降,积极因素分明显上升,组内及组间对照均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:系统的心理护理对康复期精神分裂症患者有明显的积极影响。
