青年失业人员心理健康与自我和谐的相关研究

目的:研究青年失业人员的心理健康状况与自我和谐之间的关系。方法:采用症状自评量表、自我和谐量表对156例青年失业人员进行问卷调查,采用相关分析和t检验分析不同心理健康水平的青年失业人员其自我和谐程度以及心理健康状况与自我和谐的关系。结果:心理健康水平较高的青年失业人员自我与经验的不和谐程度及自我的刻板性较低,自我的灵活性较高;SCL-90中人际关系、抑郁两因子和自我经验的不和谐有显著的正相关(r=0.107,0.088)。SCL-90各个分量表与自我的灵活性有显著负相关,与自我刻板有显著正相关。结论:青年失业人员自我和谐程度对心理健康有显著影响。
