| 摘 要： | 本文对重度妊高征患者行血浆置换治疗,这一应用于产科领域的新技术进行临床观察。发现通过血浆置换,患者各项生化结果均有明显好转。证明此项治疗可使妊高征患者的免疫功能紊乱得到缓解和纠正。并分析了应用这项新的治疗技术对产妇心理造成的影响及在血浆置换前后进行心理护理的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the observation of women with pregnant hypertension treated by plasma exchange. Their biochemical data have been signifecantly improved after the treatment. This shows that this new teachnique can mitigate and improve the immunological dysfunction owing to pregnant hypertension. This paper also analyses the necessity of nursing for women who have psychological malfunction before and after the plasma exchange. |
