| 摘 要： | 本文总结了幼年系统性红斑狼疮(JSLE)56例,并随机选择了成年系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)154例对照分折,发现JSLE占SLE总住院病例的17.3%,男:女为1:4.1,13岁以后发病者为66.1%,临床表现与成长组基本相似,但肾、肺、中枢神经系统损害及脱发等显著高于成年组。自发病至确诊15.3±20.6个月,较成年组短。随访21例,7例死亡(33.3％)。

| Abstract: | An analysis of 56 cases of juvenile systemic lupus erythematosus (JSLE) presents IB this paper .154 cases of adult onset systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE ) admitted in the same period were selected into this analysis in order to recognize the characteristics of JSLE. we found that the cases of JSLE, in which the proportion male to female was 1: 4.1 , was 17.3 per cent of total cases of SLE. And the manifestations of JSLE proximated to that of adult group while the incidence of impairment of kidney, lung and central nervous system in JSLE were much higher than that nin adult group ( P<0. 05 and 0.01 respective |
