| 摘 要： | 介绍了保险代理人运行机制,分析了新型农村合作医疗个人筹资引入保险代理人机制的可行性,继而构想出新型农村合作医疗设立筹资代理人开展个人筹资的运行机制和实施程序,并对其进行了分析与评价. |

| Abstract: | The paper has introduced the mechanism and superiorities of insurance agencies, and tries to illustrate the feasibility of using the mechanism of insurance agencies in personal financing of NCMS, and has proposed and evaluated the mechanism and implemented steps of developing personal financing through establishing financing agents in NCMS. |
