| 摘 要： | 目的]了解青岛市黄岛区居民死亡水平和主要死亡原因，为制定卫生政策、卫生规划提供科学依据。方法]对2003-2007年黄岛区死因监测资料进行分析。结果]2005-2007年黄岛区年均死亡率为323．69／10万。标化死亡率为311．26／10万，前5位死因依次是恶性肿瘤、心脏病、损伤与中毒、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病，合计死亡人数占全部死亡数的81．44％（2483／3049）。结论]慢性非传染性疾病已成为危害黄岛区居民生命和健康的主要疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective]To understand death level and main causes of death in Huangdao district of Qingdao , provide a scientific basis for health planning and policies. Methods]Surveillance data on the incidence and causes of death in Huangdao District from 2005 to 2007 were collected and analyzed. Results] The average mortality rate was 323.69/10^5 and standardized mortality was 311.26/10^5 from 2005 to 2007,The top-five causes of death were malignant tumor, heart disease,injury and poisoning, cerebrovascular disease and, respiratory disease, accounting for 76.35% of the total death. Conclusion]Chronic non-infectious disease has become a main causes to endanger the residents＇ health in Huangdao district. |
