| 摘 要： | 目的了解重症手足口病患儿的脑脊液情况。方法对64例重症患儿测定脑脊液,包括脑脊液常规、白细胞数、糖、氯化物及蛋白含量的测定。结果危重症及重症患儿脑脊液结果无明显差别（P〉0.05）。结论临床症状的监测远较脑脊液检查更具临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the children cerebrospinal fluid with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods Routine, white blood cell count, sugar, chloride and protein in cerebrospinal fluid were monitored for children who were in our hospital. Results There is no difference between the level of severe critical and critical hand,foot and mouth disease in cerebrospinal fluid of children. Conclusion Focus on the monitoring of clinical symptoms have more significant than eerebrospinal fluid for the critically hand ,foot and mouth patients. |
