叶酸在体外对人宫颈癌细胞生长抑制作用的实验研究

[目的]阐明叶酸的抑癌、抗癌作用,为合理利用食物中的有效营养成分防治癌症提供科学依据。[方法]2008年,观察了叶酸对人宫颈癌细胞Hela体外增殖的影响。体外采用叶酸对人宫颈癌细胞株Hela进行处理,分析叶酸抑制人宫颈癌细胞生长的作用。[结果]随着叶酸浓度的增加与作用时间的延长,叶酸的抑制率呈上升趋势,但作用24、48、72 h后,18、75、375、750、1875 nmol/L叶酸组的抑制率均低于33 nmol/L顺铂组（P〈0.01）。作用于Hela细胞的细胞凋亡率随着叶酸浓度的增加呈上升趋势（P〈0.01）,但均低于33 nmol/L顺铂组（P〈0.01）。[结论]叶酸对人宫颈癌细胞存在一定的抑制作用。

The Experiment of Inhibitory Effects of Folic Acid on the in Vitro Growth of Human Cervical Carcinoma Cell Line

[Objective]To prove anti-carcinogenic and anti-cancer effects of folio acid, provide scientific basis for rational using of nutritional component in food to prevent and control cancer. [Methods]The influence of fotic acid on the growth of Hela cells in vitro was studied in 2008 and the effect of folic acid was analyzed after the treatment of human cervical carcinoma cell line Hela by folic acid in vitro. [Results]The inhibition rate was increased in the dose-effect and time-effect man- ners. But the inhibition rate in group 18,75,375,750 and 1 875 nmol/ L was lower than 33 nmol/L in cisplatin group（ P 〈0. 01）. 24,48 and 72 h later. The influence of folic acid on cell apoptosis rate of Hela cell increased along with the increase of the concentration of folic acid （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]Folic acid can inhibit the Hela cells significantly.
