2007年南宁市部分长途卡车司机艾滋病相关知识态度与行为调查

[目的]了解进入南宁市的长途卡车司机艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为的情况,为制定干预措施提供依据。[方法]2007年7月,在南宁市市区整群随机抽取3个长途卡车停车场的266名司机进行调查。[结果]调查266人,艾滋病病毒（HIV）3条传播途径的知晓率为89.85%～90.98%,HIV主要非传播途径的知晓率为45.49%～75.56%,艾滋病主要预防措施的知晓率为65.41%～83.08% 15.04%做过HIV抗体检测。最近1次与小姐（暗娼）性行为时安全套使用率为72.73%（16/22）。[结论]需继续加强对长卡司机的艾滋病、性病知识教育,从长卡司机行车特点等方面入手提高其知识知晓率。

Investigation on AIDS Related Knowledge,Attitude and Behavior among Long Distance Truck Drivers in Nanning City in 2007

[Objective]To investigate AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among long distance truck drivers in Nanning city,provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. [Methods]Investigation was conducted among 266 long -distance truck drivers collected with Chester random sampling method from 3 Parking Lots in Nanning. [Results]Of the 266 drivers investigated,the understanding rate of 3 transmission routes of HIV was from 89.85 to 90.98%. The understanding rate of main non- transmission route of HIV was from 45.49% to 75.56%. The under- standing rate of main preventive measures of AIDS was from 65.41% to 83.08 %. HIV antibody was tested for 15.04 % of them. 72.7% of them（16/22） use condom when they had sex with female sex worker in the last time. [Conclusion]Education on the knowledge of AIDS and sexual disease for long-distance truck driver should be strengthened. The understanding rate must be improved based on the special professinal.
