冠心宁注射液对初发型劳累性心绞痛抗氧化损伤的观察

目的观察冠心宁注射液对初发型劳累性心绞痛患者氧自由基的影响。方法选取50例健康人作为对照。另选134例初发型劳累性心绞痛患者,随机分成两组,常规治疗组和冠心宁治疗组各67例,冠心宁组除给予基础治疗外,加用冠心宁注射液治疗10天,观察两组临床疗效,同时观察两组血浆中丙二醛（MDA）,氧化型低密度脂蛋白（OX-LDL）,谷光甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-Px）,血清总抗氧能力（TAOC）,血清超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的变化。结果初发型劳累性心绞痛患者血清MDA和OX-LDL水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,GSH-Px,SOD、TAOC显著低于正常对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗后,两组血清MDA和OX-LDL,GSH-Px,SOD、TAOC较治疗前均有所改善,冠心宁治疗组的改善具有显著性意义（P〈0.05）;组间比较,冠心宁注射液组治疗后MDA、OX-LDL、GSH-Px、SOD、TAOC较常规治疗组改善明显（P〈0.05）。结论冠心宁对初发型劳累性心绞痛患者的治疗作用可能与其促进机体氧自由基的清除有关。

Effect of Perhexiline Injection on Oxygen Free Radical in Patient with Initial Onset Angina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the effect on oxygen free radical in patients with initial onset angina pectoris treated by perhexiline injection. Methods Fifty healthy persons were measured markers as a control. One hundred and thirty - four patients with initial onset angina peetoris were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group were received both basic therapy and perhexiline injection transfusion for 10 days. In addition to observe the clinical improvement in the two groups after the therapy,we measured markers of oxidative（ MDA, OX- LDL） and against oxidative （SOD, TAOC, GSH - Px） before the therapy and after the therapy. Results MDA and OX - LDL were significantly higher in the patients with initial onset angina peetoris than that of the matched group （P 〈 0. 05）, GSH - Px , SOD and TAOC are significantly lower （P 〈 0. 05 ）. MDA, OX - LDL, GSH - Px , SOD and TAOC were improved after the therapy in both groups,the improvement in the perhexiline group was significantly （P 〈 0. 05） ; the humerus of MDA,OX -LDL,GSH -Px ,SOD and TAOC after therapy in the perhexiline group was also significant compared with basic therapy group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic action of perhexiline injection in patients with initial onset angina peetoris can rely on the promotion of eliminating oxygen free radical inside organism.
