妊娠期高血压疾病临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病的危险因素及并发症。方法回顾性分析188例妊娠期高血压疾病的孕产妇,并选择280例基本情况相似的正常孕产妇作为对照。比较两组妊娠期高血压疾病家族史,高血压史、分娩方式及围产期并发症情况。结果妊娠期高血压疾病组有家族史、高血压史及并发症者均比对照组多,与对照组相比统计学上有明显差异（P〈0.05）;妊娠期高血压疾病者流产、早产及剖宫产的几率比较大,与对照组相比统计学上有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠期高血压疾病家族史、高血压史是妊娠期高血压疾病的危险因素;有妊娠期高血压疾病的孕产妇非正常分娩者较多且并发症多。

Clinical Analysis of Patients of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy

Objective To observe the dangerous factors and complications of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Clinical data of 188 gynecologic delivery within our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and selecting 280 cases with the similar basic situations served as contrasted group. The family history, hypertension history, mode of delivery and complications were compared. Results The family history, hypertension history, mode of delivery within hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group are obviously more than that of contrasted group, which was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the rate of abortion, premature delivery and uterine - incision delivery in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group is higher than that of contrasted group, which also had statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The family history of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and hypertension history are the dangerous factors of the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;the abnormal delivery and complications in pregnant woman with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy are more.
