2004～2005年永定县居民死因分析

目的]了解居民死亡率及死因构成,为制定重点疾病防治措施提供依据。方法]对永定县2004～2005年居民死亡情况进行调查。结果]2004～2005年永定县居民年均死亡率为560.70/10万,标化死亡率为530.00/10万。年均死亡率（/10万）,呼吸系统病为142.56,恶性肿瘤为106.54,脑血管病为103.73,损伤和中毒为74.85,心脏病为57.65。结论]死亡水平呼吸系统病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、损伤和中毒、心脏病是主要死因。

Analysis of Cause of Death among Residents in Yongding County from 2004 to 2005

Objective]To understand mortality and causes of death among residents in Yongding county from 2004 to 2005 ,provide evidence for prevention and control of the diseases. Methods]Survey on causes of death among residents in Yongding county from 2004 to 2005 was conducted. Results]The total mortality rate from 2004 to 2005 was 560. 70/100 000, and the standardized mortality rate was 530.00/100 000. The average annual mortality of respiratory diseases, malig- nant tumor,cerebrovascular disease,injury and poisoning and heart diseases was 142.56/100 00,106.54/100 000,103.73/ 100 000,74.85/100 000 and 57.65/100 000 respectively. Conclusion]Respiratory diseases, malignant tumor, cerebrovas- cular disease,injury and poisoning and heart disease were the main causes of death.
