玻璃体切割联合引流阀植入在外伤相关性青光眼治疗中的临床观察

目的评价玻璃体切割联合引流阀植入治疗外伤相关性青光眼的疗效。方法回顾应用玻璃体切割联合引流阀植入治疗的眼外性青光眼36例（36眼），观察手术后眼压及并发症等。结果36眼随访6—28月，平均15．9月。术后末次随访时眼压在10～20mmHg之间有34例（94．4％），2例经用激素2次冲洗硅胶管后眼压降至26—28mmHg之间。结论玻璃体联合引流阀植入是治疗眼外伤性青光眼的一种较为有效的方法。

Clinical Efficacy of Combined Vitrectomy and Glaucoma Valve Implantation for Traumatic Glaucoma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and complications of the combined surgery for traumatic glaucoma. Methods Combined vitrectomy and cglaucoma valve implantation were performed in 36cases （36eyes）. Observe the intraocular pressure and complications after the operation. Results All cases were followed up 6 to 28 months, the IOP of 34cases （94. 4% ） became normal after the operation, the IOP 2 cases decreased to 26 -28mm Hg after douching the kieselgel duct with hormone. Conclusion Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation is a safe and effective method for the management of traumatic glaucoma.
