摘    要:目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠。方法]水超声提取样品,必要时用亚铁氰化钾溶液(106g/L)和乙酸锌溶液(220g/L)净化;样液采用Kromasil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液(6:94,V/V),二极管阵列检测器进行检测;以保留时间和紫外吸收光谱图结合定性,外标法测定食品种4种食品添加剂含量。结果]4种食品添加剂的检出限分别为安赛蜜9.00×10^-5mg/ml、苯甲酸1.20×10^-4mg/ml、山梨酸1.00×10^-4mg/ml、糖精钠1.60×10^-4mg/ml;各组分回收率在89.0%~100.0%之间;各组分测定RSD均小于5%。结论]该法特异性强、灵敏度高,操作简便快速,测定结果可靠,适用于食品中上述4种添加剂的常规分析。

Simultaneous Determination of Various Food Additives by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Abstract:Objective]To establish a method for simultaneous determination of acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin in food by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods] Samples were extracted with water by ultrasonic cleaner and,if necessary, were purified with potassium ferrocyanide solution(106 g/L) and zinc acetate solution(220g/L). Then sample solutions were performed on Kromasil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and detected by diode array detector, with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate (6 : 94, V/V). Food additives mentioned above were identified on the basis of the retention times and UV absorption spectrogram, and quantitative determined by the external standard method. Resuits]LODs for acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and saccharin were 9.00 × 10^-5 mg/ml, 1.20 × 10^-4 mg/ml, 1.00 × 10^-4 mg/ml and 1.60 × 10^-4 mg/ml, respectively. Recoveries of them were all between 89.0%- 100.0%, and RSD were less than 5 %. Conclusion]The method was accuracy , sensitive and simple,proved to be suitable-for the routine analysis of food additives mentioned above in food.
