| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性体表心电图ST-T改变的临床意义。方法对70例体检女性体表心电图ST-T改变者行心得安试验和冠状造影结果进行分析。结果70例女性中,56例年龄25～58岁,心得安试验阳性42例（75%）。14例年龄59～75岁,行冠状动脉造影,阳性4例（28%）。结论多数女性ST-T改变是植物神经功能紊乱所致,为功能性改变,女性临床依据体表心电图ST-T改变诊断冠心病要慎重。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical value of ST - T change in femal surface electro- cardiography. Methods To cases with ST - T change in surface electrocardiography in health examination were andyzed by taking propranolol and coronary angiography. Results in 70 cases female,56 cases, age from 25 to 58 years old,42 cases propranolol test were positive（75% ） ;14 cases age from 59 to 75 years old. 4 cases coronary angiography were positive（28% ）. Conclusion Most female＇s ST - T change were caused by functional disolders of autonomic nerves, it should be cautions to diagnose coronary heart disease with ST -T change in female surface electrocardiography. |
