2003～2007年青岛市李沧区婚前体检资料分析

目的]分析免费婚检后李沧区婚前保健工作现状,探讨婚前保健工作新思路,促进婚前保健工作全面健康发展,提高出生人口素质。方法]对李沧区2003～2007年婚前医学检查资料进行分析。结果]2003～2007年李沧区合计应检25448人,实际检测5 026人,婚检率为19.75%。强制组婚检率为100.0%、免费婚检组婚检率13.13%、自费组为2.87%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。检出疾病759例,患病率为15.10%。强制组患病率为12.05%、免费组为19.99%、自费组为14.88%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。检出HBsAg（＋）的68人,阳性率为6.45%,强制组为8.44%、免费组3.68%、自费组为3.31%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论]免费婚检率不高,免费婚检政策对提高婚检率作用有限,以早、再婚者尤为明显 患病率上升,以晚婚组女性明显,检出疾病以生殖系统疾病为主。

Data Analysis of Premarital Checkup in Licang District of Qingdao from 2003 to 2007

Objective]To understand the status of premarital health care in Licang district after the implementation of free premarital checkup. Explore new idea of premarital health care. Promote the comprehensive development of premarital health care. Improve birth population quality. Methods]Data of premarital checkup in Licang district from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed. Results]25 448 target people should be examined from 2003 to 2007.5 026 people were examined,account- ing for 19.75% . 100% of the target people in obligatory group were examined. 13.13% of the people in free premarital checkup group were examined, while it was 2.87 % in payment group. There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. 759 cases were reported, the morbidity rate was 15.10 %. The morbidity rate was 12.05 %, 19.99 % and 14.88 % in obligatory group, free premarital checkup group and payment group. There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. HBsAg positive was detected among 68 people,accounting for 6. 45%. The positive rate was 6. 45% ,it was 8.44% ,3.68% and 3.31% ,among the people in ob- ligatory group,free premarital checkup group and payment group. There was a difference（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion] The rate of free premarital checkup was not high. The effect of free premarital checkup policy was not good, especially among the people in early marriage and remarriage.The morbidity rate was going up, especially among late marriage women. Most of the diseases checked up were in reproductive system.
