宁强县结核病控制项目实施效果分析

目的]分析宁强县结核病控制项目实施效果，为项目可持续发展提供科学依据。方法]对项目实施前后的结核病控制指标对比分析。结果]项目实施前共接待肺结核就诊者838人，发现活动性肺结核病人216例。其中，涂阳病人79例，复治涂阳病人和初治涂阳病人比例为1：1．92，治愈20人。结核病控制项目实施后，共接待肺结核就诊者4655人，发现活动性肺结核病人1066例。其中，涂阳病人532例，复治涂阳病人和初治涂阳病人比例1：8．18，治愈517人。项目实施后就诊率由项目实施前的0．83％o上升至3．55％0，涂阳病人检出率由项目实施前的9．80％上升至13．16％，治愈率由项目实施前的52．63％上升至86．59％，复治涂阳病人和初治涂阳病人比例由项目实施前的1：1．92下降至1：8．18。结论]宁强县结核病控制项目，取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。

Analysis of the Implementation Effect of TB Control Project in Ningqiang County

Objective]To analyze the implementation effect of TB control project in Ningqiang county, provide scientific basis for sustained development of the project. Methods]Index of TB control before and after the implementation of the project was compared and analyzed. Results]838 TB patients Were treated before the implementation of the project, 216 active TB patients were detected. Of them 79 were smear positive. The ratio of initial treatment and retreated smear positive patients was 1 ： 1.92,20 of them were cured. 4 655 TB patients were treated after the implementation of the project , 1066 smear positive patients were detected,of them , 532 were smear positive, the cure ratio of initial treatment and retreated smear positive TB patients was 1 ： 8.18,517 of them were cured. The visiting rate raised from 0.83% before to 3, 55 % after the implementation of the project. The detection rate of smear positive patients raised from 9. 80% before to 13.16% after the implementation of the project. The cure rate increased from 52.63 % before to 86, 59 % after the implementation of the project. The ratio of retreated smear positive and initial treatment TB patients decreased from 1 ： 1.92 before to 1 ： 8. 18 after the implementation of the project, Conclusion]Social and economic benefits were achieved after the implementation of the project.
