奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗食管癌术后反流性食管炎的临床研究

目的探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利应用于食管癌术后反流性食管炎的疗效。方法回顾自2006年5月-2008年5月因食管癌所行食管胃吻合术后有食管反流症状的患者240例,分为单服奥美拉唑组和奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利组进行疗效对比。结果治疗组和对照组临床症状评价总有效率分别为94.17%、70%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）内镜下评价总有效率分别为88.33%、85.83%。结论奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗食管癌术后反流性食管炎是一种确切、经济、有效的办法。

Curative Effects of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease after Esophagectomy by Integrating Omeprazole and Mosapride

Objective To evaluate the practical effects of integrating Omeprazole and Mosa- pride on gastroesophageal reflux disease after esophagectomy. Methods Two hundred and forty patients who undergone gastroesophageal reflux disease after esophagectomy were divided into two groups randomly,treatment group and control group. Patients in control group take Omeprazole capsule for 4 weeks. Omeprazole capsule is taken for 20mg per time,2 times per day. Patients in treatment group take Omeprazole capsule and Mosapride tablet for 4 weeks. Omeprazole capsule is taken for 20mg per time, 2 times per day,Mosapride tablet is taken for 5mg per time,3 times per day. Results The effective rates on reflux symptom of treatment group and control group are 94.17% and 70%. The effective rates on reflux have significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The effective rates on endoesophagitis of treatment group and control group are 88.33% and 85.83%. Conclusion It is an effective, economical and reasonable way to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease after esophagectomy by integrating Omeprazole and Mosapride.
