2004～2007年大连市金州区托幼机构消毒质量监测资料分析

[目的]了解托幼机构的消毒质量情况,为制定防控措施提供依据。[方法]对2004～2007年金州区部分托幼机构的消毒监测资料进行分析。[结果]4年中共采样1344份,合格的1162份,合格率为86.5%。其中,各年度的合格率分别为75.6%、85.2%、93.9%、90.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。不同办学主体的托幼机构的总合格率依次为97.6%、91.7%、85.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。监测项目中合格率最低的是室内空气,最高的是水龙头,各监测项目合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]金州区托幼机构的消毒质量呈上升趋势,但仍需要进一步加强管理。

Data Analysis of Disinfection Quality in Nurseries in Jinzhou District of Dalian from 2004 to 2007

[Objective]To understand the status of disinfection quality in nurseries, provide basis for making prevention and control measures, [Methods]Surveillance data of disinfection in nurseries in Jinzhou district from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed. [Results] 1 344 samples were collected in 4 years, 1 162 of them were up to standard, accounting for 86.5 %. The qualified rate was 75.6% ,85.2 % ,93.9 % and 90. 1% respectively in 4 years. There was a difference （ P 〈0.01）. The overall qualified rate in different nurseries with different education items was 97.6%, 91.7%, and 85.2% respectively. There was a difference（ P 〈0. 01）. Of the all items monitored,the lowest rat was indoor air and the highest was the taps. There was a difference in different monitoring items（ P d0.01）. [Conclusion]The disinfection quality in nurseries in Jinzhou district was going,but management should still be strengthened.
