表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入的安全性探讨

目的评价表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术的安全性、可靠性。方法对1225例（1225只眼）白内障在表面麻醉下行晶状体超声乳化人工晶体植入术。观察麻醉效果及术后并发症。结果1225例（1225只眼）均在表面麻醉下完成手术,术后1周矫正视力1.0以上者847只眼（69.14%）0.5-0.9者322只眼（26.26%）0.5以下者56只眼（4.6%）。术后1月矫正视力≥0.5者1179只眼（96.24%）。术中并发症：后囊破裂35例（2.86%）,自述眼部不适者95例（7.76%）,角膜水肿79例（6.45%）。结论表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术是安全,有效的。

Anesthesia for Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect,safety and reliability of topic anesthesia in phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods Under topical anesthesia, 1225 eyes were operated phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The anesthesia effect and surgical complication had been observed. Results All of the 1225 eyes were operated with topical anes- thesia. A week later, the corrected visions i〉 1.0 were 847 eyes （69.14%） ,0. 5 - 0.9 were 322 eyes （26.29%）, 〈 0.5 were 56 eyes （4.6%）. A mouth after operation, the corrected vsions ≥ 0. 5 were 1179 eyes（96.24% ）. The major complication were rupture of posterior capsule 35 eyes（2. 86% ）. medium corneal edema 79 eyes （6.45 % ） and ocular out of order 95 eyes （7.76%）. Conclusion Topical anesthesia is safe more quickly and effectively in phacoemulcification and intraocular lens implantation.
