| 摘 要： | 目的总结Longmire（左肝胆管空肠吻合）手术治疗肝胆管结石15例经验。方法回顾分析1990年1月-2008年12月襄城县中西医结合医院及襄城县人民医院收治的15例肝胆管结石的临床资料。结果15例中12例治愈,3例出现胆汁瘘及膈下感染,无死亡病例。结论Longmire手术治疗肝胆管结石效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experience of treating 15 cases of Liver and Bile Duct Calculus with Longmire.Methods Review and analyze 15 clinical cases of liver and bile duct calculus hospitalized in Xiangcheng Hospital of Combining Chinese and Western Medicine and The People’s Hospital of Xiangcheng County.Results Cure rate is 12/15 and 6 contracted with bile fistula and diaphragm infection,without death case.Conclusion Longmire proves fine in treating liver and bile duct calculus. |
