2005～2007年巩义市布鲁氏菌病流行病学分析

目的]了解巩义市布鲁氏菌病（以下简称布病）流行特征,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法]对2005～2007年巩义市布病疫情资料进行分析。结果]2005～2007年巩义市共发生布病25例,发病率1.04/10万。不同年份间发病率的差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。全市17个乡镇中,7个乡镇有病例报告,但病例主要集中在站街和康店两个乡镇,占64.00%。5～8月发病20例,占80.00%。40～60岁发病16例,占总发病人数的64.00%。结论]今后要开展健康教育,做好动物的自动免疫,管好畜牧市场,加强疫情监测,以有效控制布病流行。

Epidemiological Analysis of Brucellosis in Gongyi City from 2005 to 2007

Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristic of brucellosis in Gongyi city, provide scientific reliance for making prevention and control measures, Methods]The date of Brucellosis from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed. Results]There were 25 cases in 3 years,the yearly average incidence was 1.04/10 万 . There was no difference of the inci- dence in different years（ P d0.05）. Of the 17 towns,cases were reported in 7 towns. But the incidence was highest in Kangdian and Zhanjie,accounting for 64.00%. 20 cases were reported form May to August,accounting for 80.00%. 16 cases aged from 40 to 60 were reported, accounting for 64. 00%. Conclusion] Health education must be carried out, active immunization for animals should be conducted well. livestock market should be managed well,surveillance of the epidemic should be strengthened in order to effectively control the epidemic of brucellosis.
