2005年山东省部分健康人群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌带菌状况调查

目的]了解山东省健康人群流行性脑膜炎（流脑）流行期脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌（Nm）带菌情况及菌株药物敏感性,为制定防治措施提供参考。方法]2005年2～4月,在山东省分层整群抽取5个县（市、区）不同年龄健康人群进行咽部带菌调查,对分离的Nm菌株进行药物敏感性测定。结果]检测1 434人,检出Nm带菌者33人,带菌率为2.30%。带菌率,0岁、1～2岁、3～4岁、5～9岁、10～14岁、15～24岁、25～34岁、35～44岁和45岁以上各组分别为0.60%～5.46%（P〈0.05） 男性为3.53%,女性为1.10%（P〈0.01） 郯城县、高密市、济南市历下区、嘉祥县和临邑县为0.73%～3.73%（P〉0.05）。分离的33株Nm菌株中,A群13株,B群7株,C群6株,I群3株,W135群2株,Y群1株,X群1株。20株A、B、C群Nm菌株对环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星、复方新诺明均有不同程度的耐药。结论]山东省各个年龄组的健康人群均检出Nm带菌者,检出的菌株以A群为主,已发现耐药菌株。

Survey of Neisseria Meningitidis Carrier Status among Healthy People in Shandong in 2005

Objective]To understand the distribution of Neisseria meningitidis（ Nrn ） in healthy people in the epidemic phase in Shandong,to provide reference for disease control. Methods]The specimens of throat swabs were collected from healthy people in different age groups in 5 counties in the prevalent season by stratified sampling method. The Nm strains were isolated and identified,then antimicrobial susceptibility were tested. Results]33 Nrn strains were isolated from 1 434 specimens with the rate of 2.30%. It was different in every age group with the rate of 0.60%-5.46%（aged from 1 to 44 and over 45） （ P 〈0.05）. The carrier rate was 3.53% in male and 1.10% in female （ P 〈0.01） ,and from 0.73% to 3.73 % （ P 〈0. 05）in Tancheng county,Gaomi city,Lixia district,Jiaxiang and Linyi counties. The proportion of Nrn , serogroup A,B,C,I,W135,X and Y was 13,7,6,3,2,1 and 1 respectively. 20 strains of serogroup A,B and C were resist- ance to ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin and compound sulfamethoxazole at different levels.Conclusion] Nrn strains were isola- ted from every age group, the dominant strain was still serogroup A, and the resistant strains have been detected.
