摘    要:目的]了解寿光市地方性氟中毒(地氟病)流行状况,为今后的防治工作提供依据。方法]2006年6月至2007年8月,在寿光全市范围内进行降氟改水工程饮水氟含量调查和高氟地区地氟病病情调查。结果]调查改水降氟工程554处,其中工程年限在15年以上的占66.96%;水氟含量3.67~0.14mg/L,查出氟含量〉1.0mg/L的高氟水源136处(中病区40处,轻病区96处),占24.55%,分布在7处镇(街道),受害人口122195人。在水氟含量≥1.6mg/L村调查8~12岁儿童4500名,查出氟斑牙患者1982例(极轻577例、轻度980例、中度302例、重度123例),患病率为44.04%,斑釉指数为0.92。在5处高氟区镇(街道)调查16岁以上居民36802人,查出临床诊断氟骨症患者(轻型)700例,患病率为1.90%。结论]寿光市部分降氟改水工程水氟含量超标,仍然存在部分氟斑牙和氟骨症患者。

Investigation on Water Fluoride of Water-improvement Projects and the Prevalence of Endemic Fluorosis in Shouguang City from 2006 to 2007

Abstract:Objective]To understand the current status of endemic fluorosis in Shouguang City and to provide evidence for disease control and prevention in the future. Methods]Water fluoride and the prevalence of fluorosis were investigated in Shouguang City from June,2006 to August, 2007. Results]A total of 554 water-improvement projects were investigated. Among them,66.96% of the projects have been used for over 15 years. The content of water fluoride was 0. 14-3.67 mg/L. 136 drinking water sources (24.55 ~) contained high fluoride content(〉 1 mg/L), distributed in 7 towns/streets covering 122 195 residents, including 40 middle-endemic districts and 96 low-endemic districts. In the villages using water sources with fluoride content ≥1.6 mg/L, 1 982 children among 4 500 investigated children(44.04%) were identified as suffering dental fluorosis,including 577 extremely mild, 980 mild, 302 intermediate, and 123 serious cases. The index of dental fluorosis was 0. 92.36 802 residents aged 16 years and over in 5 high fluoride towns were examined for bone fluorosis. 700 subjects were determined as bone fluorosis patients(mild) with the prevalence rate of 1. 90%. Conclusion]There are considerable water-improvement and defluoridation projects in Sbouguang containing high fluoride content. The dental fluorosis and bone fluorosis are still damaging the health of population.
