| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性胸部创伤的ＣＴ表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析２５６例急性胸部创伤的ＣＴ表现。结果ＣＴ清楚显示胸壁伤肋骨骨折１４１例等。胸膜伤１４４例，肺损伤１１３例，纵隔伤１９例，膈肌伤５例，结论ＣＴ有利于早期诊和提高诊断准确率，为临床上及时诊断和治疗提供依据，对急性胸部创伤特别是严重创伤诊断有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the CT findings and diagnostic value of CT scan in|patients with acute thoracic injuries. Methods The CT findings of acute thoracic injuries were analyzed in 256 cases. Results CT scans clearly showed the rib fractures in 141 cases,pleural space injures in 144,pulmonary injuries in 113,mediastinal injuries in 19,and diaphragm injuries in 5. Conclusion CT could provide information for early accurately diagnosis,especially for acute thoracic injury's diagnosis. [ |
